Enjoy your baby's birth! 6-session childbirth class covers a variety of topics including maintaining a healthy pregnancy and staying low-risk, choices in birth, information on the birth process and deep relaxation for enjoying your baby's birth. Hypnobabies helps to eliminate a life-time of negative influence and fear, and through hypnosis for birth works to replace pain with pressure during birth.
